Add a team to your space.

Install a ready-made team of bots, with its team room, skills and automations, in a couple of clicks.

A team is a group of bots that work together under a team lead. Ready-made teams come with everything they need: the bots, a shared team room where they talk, their skills and their automations.

Install a team

  1. Open the space you want the team in.
  2. Open Settings › Ready-made teams. Recommended teams are marked Recommended; teams you already have are marked Installed.
  3. Choose Install on the team you want.
  4. When it's done you'll see All added and checked, with what was added: the bots, the team room, the skills, and the team's automations, switched off until you turn them on.

Give the team your voice first

Before a team writes anything for you, choose Set up brand and voice. See Set up your brand and voice.

Update a team

When a newer version of a team is available, the button reads Update. Updating brings in the changes, and anything you've edited yourself is kept.

If a team's skills go missing

Choose Repair team skills. It adds the space's team skills again from the copy inside the app.
