Use the phone app.

The phone app is a pocket window onto the Mac that runs your team. Your bots keep running on the Mac; the phone shows them and lets you answer.

Pair your phone

1. On the Mac that runs your team, open Settings › Devices and choose Pair a phone. A QR code appears.

2. On your phone, open the app and choose Scan the Code. Point the camera at the code on the Mac.
3. Check the Mac's name is right and tap Pair This iPhone (or the Android equivalent).
4. Your phone remembers the Mac from now on.

If the camera won't open, choose Paste a Code Instead, or turn the camera back on for the app in your phone's Settings.

What you can do on the phone

• Needs you: answer approvals with Allow once, Deny or Always allow for this automation.
• Running now: see what your bots are working on, and stop something if you need to.
• Chats: talk to your bots and teams. Messages that came in through Telegram are marked "via Telegram".

Away from the office

Switch Tailscale on on your phone (see Reach your Mac mini from anywhere). If the phone can't reach the Mac, it shows OFFLINE with the last copy it saved, and won't pretend anything was sent. It catches up as soon as it reconnects.

Remove a phone

On the Mac, open Settings › Devices, choose the phone under Paired devices and choose Remove…. It's disconnected at once.
