The Inbox collects everything your bots need from you: permission requests, questions and suggestions, most urgent first. It's the same list you see under Needs you on your phone and laptop, and Telegram shows the same requests with buttons.

Answer a request
Each item says what the bot wants to do, and what happens if you approve. Then choose:
- Allow once: let it do this one thing. It asks again next time.
- Deny: don't let it. It carries on without it.
- Always allow for this automation: let this automation use this tool from now on without asking. Sending, posting, deleting and paying always ask.
To answer a question, type a reply. It goes back to the bot that's waiting, and it carries on.
Snooze, dismiss and filter
- Snooze hides an item until later. Snoozed items wait under Snoozed.
- Dismiss takes it off the Inbox without answering.
- Open the conversation an item came from to see the whole story.
- Filter by category, by team or by bot.
- Done shows what you closed or answered in the last 7 days.
Suggestions from the System Analyser
The System Analyser is a bot that reviews how a space runs and suggests improvements. Its suggestions arrive in the Inbox split into What I found, What happens if you approve and Why it helps, marked Low, Normal or Urgent. Nothing changes unless you approve.
