What ReddropAI is.

A Mac app that runs a team of AI agents for your business, with you approving anything that matters.

ReddropAI is a Mac app that runs AI agents as a team. Each agent (we call them bots) has a job, such as sorting your inbox, drafting posts or researching a question. Bots work together under a team lead, they can run on a schedule, and anything that matters waits for your OK before it happens.

The main parts of the app

  • Home is where your day starts. It shows a brief of what your bots did, what's running and what needs you.
  • Chat is where you talk to a bot or a whole team.
  • Inbox collects everything waiting on you: permission requests, questions and suggestions, most urgent first.
  • Activity shows what's running now, what finished recently and how much each team used.
  • Automations is work that runs by itself, on a schedule or when something happens.
  • Teams are ready-made groups of bots you can add to a space, with their skills and automations.
  • Files, Documents and the built-in Browser are where bots do and show their work.

Spaces

A space is one area of work, such as one business. Each space is tied to its own folder on the Mac, with its own bots, chats, memory and automations. Nothing in one space can see another.

One Mac runs the team

Your team runs on one Mac, usually a Mac mini that stays switched on at your office. That Mac is the host. Your MacBook and your phone connect to it as windows onto the team, so the bots, files and logins never leave the host. See Choose what each Mac is for.
